Fixed Term Associate - Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/PrincipalRecruiterin an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment.

General Responsibility:

  1. Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
    • Associate Relations:
      • Performs end-to-end activities in the selection process:
        • Conducts phone screening
        • Does front desk administration by entering candidate information into Taleo database
        • Interviews candidates for entry-level positions
        • Administers language and online assessments
        • Conducts job offers and handles background checks of candidates
      • Coordinates with internal stakeholders for recruitment requirements and evaluates the recruitment process.
      • Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and other offsite events

  2. Special Projects: Provides logistics / administrative assistance in department or organization-wide programs / events
  3. Personal Development: Discusses personal development plan with linemanagerand provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle
  4. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR
  5. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
