Sr. Operations Representative (Customer Service Representative)


Capital One Philippines Shared Services Corp. is new in town and hiring! We are the rock solid support organization for the 7th largest full service US bank. We are seeking self-starting individuals with strong attention to detail and outstanding passion for our customers. Our team is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service within a functional area of the call center. The position is responsible for supporting customer accounts and/or business processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to business goals in our Collections, Care, Credit, or Dispute teams. Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
  • Perform account level research and advise customer of products that may benefit them
  • Stay up to date on all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products, and upgrades
  • Update account information and complete accurate documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Completed 1 Semester in College or Completed a Short Course
  • Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
  • Call-center experience is an advantage but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Business Analyst


  • Able to work independently with minimal instruction or collaboratively as part of a larger team
  • Ability to follow up on pending issues, take initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel with experience using pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexible
  • Must have strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to work well with most Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
  • Ability to analyze operational data and process to determine improvement opportunities and/or resource constraints, manage and track the flow of timely issue resolution and meet project deliverables
  • Able to conduct analysis of data to identify positive and negative trends, recognizing opportunities and recommending/implementing solutions to assure site performance objectives are met
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations
  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a very dynamic environment, with rapidly changing priorities
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Business Analyst or related field is required for this position
  • Experience working with large and multiple datasets/data warehouses and ability to pull from such data sets using relevant programs and coding

Principal Project Management Specialist


To manage the successful planning, development, administration and execution of projects by identifying project requirements, defining scope and allocating resource (i.e. manpower, technology and capital resources, and scheduling resources). To be responsible for building and handling cross-functional teams and forming them into productive, self-directed work groups/streams.

Reuirements:
  • Builds a project plan to lay-out timeline, scheduling and resource allocation
  • In-charge of setting-up project in place by assessing project complexity and scope
  • Identifies, organizes, and prepares the specific project needs/requirements to accomplish activities
  • Determines how implementation of project will occur which may involve transition, migration and/or integration of processes, activities, or resources
  • Coordinates the activities to meet all planning requirements and process controls
  • Oversees all communications related to the project
  • Evaluates the quality and timeliness of project milestones achieved; Reviews planned vs. actual resources, including budget, manpower, etc.
  • Builds cross functional teams by identifying and assigning project managers on vertical streams and drives the integrated output of these teams :
  • Manages multiple groups (ie. Digi Ops, Payments, BB Core, BB Payments) under the operations department in project set-up and execution to ensure proper structure and governance is in place
  • Works closely with line managers in all departments including HR, IT, Compliance and controls to properly identify work scope and work stream
  • May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Operations
  • All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
  • College graduate
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in a call center environment
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification is an advantage
  • People management skills, including team formation, collaboration, and influencing
  • Results orientation with a bias for action, versatility, and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
